Automation Watch
Find out when your automations break, before your customers do.
Most automations don't crash loudly. They stop quietly: an expired login, an API that changed, a loop that burns credits all night, a step that “succeeds” without doing anything.
I put a watch on the automations you already have, stop the ones that keep failing, and send you a short receipt every week.
Fixed scope. Fixed price, quoted before anything is charged.
Why trust me
I run this on my own work first.
I'm Jamin. I run my one-person business on AI agents and scheduled jobs from one PC in Korea, and I watch them the way I'll watch yours.
This is my own receipt for last week. A script counts it from the system logs, with no AI in the loop, so the numbers include the failures.
automations as of Oct 15
The failure behind it
Three days of “success” that did nothing.
On October 12, one of my AI agents got signed out of its Google account. For three days it kept running on schedule. It even made two new videos it could no longer upload. Every run ended with exit code 0, which means “success”. It alerted me each time, but the scheduler only saw success, so it kept going.
- 4 blocked runs
- 53 minutes
- ~$17 of model time at API list prices
Now a run that can't do its job counts as a failure, and two in a row turn the job off and tell me why. That's the kind of watch I'll set up for you.
Fixed scope
What you get
- A watch on up to 5 of your existing automations: n8n, Make, Zapier, cron jobs, scripts or AI agents.
- Failure alerts in one place you choose: email or Slack.
- An automatic stop for anything that fails over and over, so it can't keep burning credits or spamming customers.
- Checks for the quiet failures: expired logins and keys, runs that finish but produce nothing, runs that never start.
- A weekly receipt: runs, failures, time and cost per automation.
Not included
- Building new automations or rewriting the ones you have. If something needs a fix, I quote it separately and you decide.
- Write access to your bank, payroll or production database. The watch only needs to read run logs and statuses.
How it works
Five steps, no surprises
- Tell me what runs. The form below takes about 3 minutes.
- I reply within 2 working days with a yes, a fixed price and a start date, or an honest “this isn't a fit” and why.
- Nothing is charged until we both agree on the scope.
- You give read-only access to run logs and statuses. Setup takes about 5 working days from there.
- Every week, a short receipt. Cancel any month.
Price
One setup fee, one flat monthly fee
You get the exact numbers in my reply, before anything is charged. The first 3 clients get a founding price in exchange for permission to show anonymized numbers in a video. Cancel any month.
Questions
Questions
- Which tools can you watch?
- n8n, Make, Zapier, cron jobs, scripts and AI agents. If it keeps a run history or writes a log, it can usually be watched. If yours can't, I'll say so in my reply.
- What access do you need?
- Read-only access to run logs and statuses. Never write access to your bank, payroll or production database.
- Who does the work?
- Me, with the same AI agents I run my own work on. I'm in Korea (KST), so my replies may arrive during your night.
